What is a semi-private tour?: A semi-private tour is a tour for maximum 12 people.
What do I have to bring with me on excursion?: All you have to bring with you on excursion is a towel, swimwear, a sunscreen and a hat
Is Blue Grotto Entrance Included?: No, Blue Grotto Entrance Fee is not included. You have to pay it on site; the price is € 16.00
Can I change outfit onboard?: Yes, since we have cabin and semi-cabin boats, it will be possible to get changed onboard.
Do I have to pay for Wifi onboard?: No, Wifi it's included in the price.
What happens if weather is not good?: If weather conditions are not good, the excursion you booked can be moved to another date or totally refunded.
I have some food intolerance, is it possible to have a different lunch onboard?: Yes, by communicating your preferences at time of booking we can easily prepare you a different lunch.
What happens if I'm late?: First of all please contact our customer service to check if there is still a chance of taking part of the tour, otherwise as per cancellation policy, a 100% fee will be applied, with no reimbursement. In certain circumstances we may consider, if possible, to book you on a following tour.
